You Will Learn: The history of Reiki, its foundation and basic elements of the System of Reiki. Reiki meaning, lineage, healing properties and practices. What each level represents and how they defined. The meaning of being a Lightworker for the Greater Good. The Reiki Precepts that will be the Lightworker’s everyday “mantra” to improve mind and body. Introduction to energy work within The Three Diamonds, Chakras, Aura and Meridians. Hand Positions for Reiki and Dry Brushing to end sessions.
