Help Us Honor Women Veterans: Share Our Holiday Photo Day & Sponsorship Opportunities – Sat, Dec 6, 10 AM to 4 PM

Happy Thanksgiving,

HeadShotRescue.com and Car Joy are excited to announce a special community event: “Serving Women Who Served,” a complimentary holiday family photo day dedicated to honoring women veterans and their families.

We are reaching out to ask for your assistance in two important ways:

1. Share the Gift of Family Photos (Crucial Action)

We need your help to reach every Long Island and vicinity woman veteran possible! Please share the following details and registration link with any woman veteran you know or through your networks.

Please share this link far and wide! This is an opportunity for these deserving families to receive beautiful holiday memories.

2. Become an Event Sponsor

We are actively seeking community partners to enhance the experience for the families attending. If you or your organization would be interested in supporting this event, we have several specific sponsorship needs:

• Print Sponsor: Cover the cost of printing a select number of photos for families.
• Frame Sponsor: Provide frames so families can immediately display their new portraits.
• Holiday Card Sponsor: Fund personalized holiday cards featuring the photos.
• Snack Sponsor: Provide refreshments and light snacks for veterans and their families.
• Gift Sponsor: Contribute small, thoughtful gifts for the veterans or their children.
