Join us for the first Women in Business meeting of the year at Kashi Japanese in Syosset. Our guest speaker will be Constance Korol of Meta 180. While munching delicious sushi, you'll learn how to find more energy, peace and vitality especially when tired or overwhelmed. Plus you'll learn about healing modalities, the importance of meditation, yoga and resistance training. Wear comfortable clothes. This free event is limited to 25 Chamber Members.
