Constance created Meta 180, a Lifestyle Medicine Company, when she recognized the void of healing in traditional therapies for the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies. She graduated from Hofstra University with a B.S. in Health Education, pursued M.S. in Nutrition at New York University and practiced for many years as a Clinical Dietitian and Nutrition Consultant for Tony Sparber's New Image Camp (MTV), Peninsula Spa and Hotel in Manhattan as well as one of the countries top heart hospitals, St. Francis Hospital, Roslyn, New York. She is a Reiki Master and Practitioner, Energy Healer adapting from True Body Intelligence, a Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor, Certified Barre Instructor as well as Fitness Instructor. She also works Per Diem at Cohen Children's Medicine Center as Reiki Practitioner and Health and Wellness Associate. Last but certainly not least, Constance is a two time Ironman finisher with many running, biking, and multi-sport accomplishments.
