Imagine yourself with less pain, feeling in complete control of your movements, agile, stable, and strong. It’s possible with SMART physical training. I teach you to unlock your body’s innate ability for self-healing and physical mastery by moving from the center out.  By emphasizing control of your body’s “powerhouse” - the core, hips, glutes, and back - you will develop the skills to progress your exercise program to any level. My training programs are designed to give you a strong foundation and take you exactly where you want to go - whether it’s Fat Loss, Strength Building, Mobility, or simply Improved Health.  If you’re stuck not being able to “feel” the exercises, finding yourself with frequent aches or pains during your exercise routine, or repeatedly hitting a plateau I can help you. I coached myself out of chronic back pain, obesity, and a poor mental attitude using these techniques and my passion is spreading these life-changing practices.  I offer 30 or 60-minute Virtual Sessions, Corporate Wellness, private Small Group Fitness, and In-Home Training where available.
