Bruce Weller, Owner of Eagle Eye Professional Home Inspection provides personalized service. All home inspections are performed by Bruce Weller, the owner of Eagle Eye Professional Home Inspection LLC.

Mr. Weller has been involved with building, construction and safety inspections for over 30 years and has owned his own home inspection business for over 17 years.

Not only is Bruce Weller a New York State licensed Home Inspector, He is also an New York State approved Home Inspector Instructor and teaches NY State approved continuing education courses to other home inspectors.

Mr. Weller is one of the past presidents of MAHI, the Metropolitan Association of Home Inspectors and a current board member.

Mr. Weller was trained in a New York State Approved Home Inspection Program at Wilson Tech in Dix Hills and continues to attend New York State approved continuing education courses. Additionally Mr. Weller has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and a Master of Science in Management Engineering.
