Spring is here—and there’s no better time to get moving!..... We’re excited to introduce the Total Empower 5K, a brand new community race built around strength, wellness, and purpose. Whether you’re running, walking, or showing up to support, this event is all about taking positive steps forward—together.....Our run will benefit the Paws of War mission to alleviate the suffering of veterans, first responders and their families by providing them with loyal service dogs.
